I just received my Genuine Bosch Zero Clearance insert today from Amazon and just like in the Product Photo section of the add from an Amazon customer, one of the 2 metal plates had fallen off during shipment. I know I am not the first person for this to happen to, as in the notes of the customers photo (same thing happened to them). I would think that Bosch being a highly reputable company, they would have rectified this issue but apparently they have not. It seems to be an adhesive issue, a little bit of Crazy Glue and the problem was solved. I do believe that this is something Bosch should have taken care of in there quality control department and not by there customers. Other then that it seems to be a solid product. I will post updates after I install it and cut my zero clearance.

Update:

Crazy Glue is holding well. I did my Zero Clearance cut and the insert is complete. I am glad I made this purchase(I went back and gave it 1 more star). Had to rip some 1/4" thin strips for molding and it would have been tough to do without the Zero Clearance Insert. This product is/does what it is advertised to do.
