User-friendly, but the battery takes far too long to charge and drains much too quickly. I bought this as an extra back-up for my lawn trimmer. I have a relatively small yard and go through at least three batteries before I'm finished. I didn't want to deal with power chords or gasoline. Battery power is a nice "concept" but not efficient enough to get the job done effectively.
