This says that it is for sanding between coats. It does that better than any other sandpaper I've tried.
Th seems to last 4-5 times as long as the cheaper brand.
The grippy back keeps it from sliding on the pad and makes the process easier and smoother.
It cuts at least twice as fast as others I have used and continues to cut without clogging.
While it does cut very fast it still is 320 grit so you don't have deeper scratches.
I do not know how it works for other types pf sanding. I will save it for between coats like it says. It is the right tool for the job and it makes a huge difference.
