I've never used any of these compounds before but my Dremel with bullet shaped felt heads put a smooth mirror finish on soft metals that weren't too rough to begin with, but it did the same for the finish on steel gun parts which it's not really meant for. You get a boat load of this stuff in one brick (ingot). Unless your in manufacturing or give chunks of it to your friends, you'll never use it all.
